Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, slight variations in size may occur. The dimensions listed are approximate, and your rug may measure 1–2 inches larger or smaller in either direction. These subtle differences are a hallmark of true hand-made rugs, adding to the unique charm and authenticity of each piece.

If the rug has fringes, they do not count towards the total listed length of the rug.

Flatweaves are dense, durable, and resistant… even the light-weight ones. That means you’ll be happy together for quite some time, so long as you take care of each other. We can help you do that, with a few simple tips:

01. Professional dry cleaning is your best bet

02. Feel confident about blotching spills with a damp cloth

03. Take a vacuum to it regularly

04. If you see a loose yarn, resist the urge to pull! Simply snip off the excess with sharp scissors

05. Rug pads rule, we recommend using one

All in-stock items are shipped within 3–5 business days of you placing your order. All pre-orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the product is received in our warehouse.

For Canadian customers: You can return your purchase for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your purchase is in as-new condition and that you have the original packaging on hand. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Returns are accepted within 60 days of you receiving your order.

For U.S. customers: As of August 2025, all sales are final sale. We regret that we can no longer accept returns from the United States, as new customs fees and trade policies have made cross-border returns unsustainable. We truly wish this weren’t the case, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
