RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is in as-new condition, meaning it has not been walked on, used, or damaged.
- It is returned in its original packaging (box and/or polybag).
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Returns must be made within 60 days from the delivery date.
Return Process:
Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we’ll issue a refund minus outbound shipping fees. If the item does not meet our return guidelines, we may reject the return and send it back to you.
Faulty Items
We take quality seriously, but if you receive a faulty product, we’ll make it right.
For a faulty item refund or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 1 month of delivery.
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
- Subtle variations in handmade woven products—including slight size differences, weave variations, or color inconsistencies—are expected and celebrated as part of the craftsmanship.
Return & Replacement Process:
Reply to your original order confirmation email with:
- A photo of the item and the fault.
- A brief description of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement rug will be sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
