Free shipping on orders over $400

We hope that once you find your rug, it’s yours to keep.   If you would like to return your order, we will happily exchange, credit or refund you only if the goods are unused. So, make sure the size, colour, and design are exactly what you want before confirming your order.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please email info@markkrebs.ca for shipping information. Mark Krebs reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance your return is not accepted it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
